Stations Checked In: 21
Net Closed: 9:11 PM
The net today had another record-setting evening, with 21 stations checking in, on this "Canada Day / Pre-July 4th" edition of the net. We had 5 new stations join us for the net this evening; KE8GRY, K8DET, KE8IPS, KE8ICM, and N8MCZ, who wants us to know, it's her radio! Welcome to the net everyone, we hope to hear you back soon and often.
Many stations reported packet loss and artifacting this evening, and at the suggestion of net regular Andie KE8KOY, we determined it could be stations using different masters. N8RMA / NCS was using US3108 and others on that master reported solid quality from net control. Next week NCS might try US3102 for the net to see if that has any bearing on quality. Big thank you to Andie for the observation - it's why we do what we do.
This is a decent plug for our Net Quality Report, which is open to anyone who checked in (or who tried to check in) to our net. Feel free to submit a quality report as often as you'd like.

- TAC310, 311 and 312 are no longer able to be made static on repeaters and hotspots per BrandMeister administration. This went into place June 29th.
- The 443.700 repeater in Lansing is apparently mixed mode now - it has DMR (CC8) but it not networked.
